Grandma, whose mental state has her somewhat out of tune, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now darting through the city streets, desperately trying to evade her pursuers. To avoid recapture and being sent back to the insane asylum, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but she also faces a treacherous maze of sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky obstacles. As she hurriedly navigates the urban landscape, Grandma not only struggles to escape from the nurses but also collects gold coins along the way, which adds an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
