### How to Play Scuffed Uno
To succeed in Uno, focus on strategies that help you discard all your cards before the others. The core gameplay involves matching the previous card’s color or number. If you don’t have a playable card, you must draw from the pile until you find one. When you have only one card remaining, remember to click the “UNO” button to avoid penalty cards! Failing to do so results in drawing two penalty cards.

### Card Types and Deck Composition
The Uno deck consists of 108 cards:
– **Number Cards:** 70% of the deck, with four colors and 19 cards per color. Numbers range from 0 to 9. There is one zero card per color, and two copies of each of the other numbers.
– **Action and Wild Cards:** 30% of the deck, adding more strategic options.

### Action Cards
Action cards introduce special effects that influence gameplay:
– **Skip Card:** The next player loses their turn.
– **Reverse:** Changes the direction of play.
– **Draw Two:** The next player draws two cards and skips their turn.
Each action card appears in every color, with two copies per color, adding strategic depth.

### Wild Cards
Wild cards allow for flexible gameplay:
– **Wild:** The player who uses it selects the color to continue play.
– **Wild Draw Four:** Declares the next color and compels the next player to draw four cards.
